General Contractor and Developer, Mr. Kenneth Roy Jr. has been working with his family-owned heavy construction company for over 35 years. As President of Pam Sweeping and Powerhouse Paving, he developed these companies into two of the tri-states most prominent private construction companies, specializing in commercial building maintenance. Joining the group in 2004 was Orange Industries LLC, specializing in commercial septic and drainage cleaning.

In addition, Ken has been a part time home builder for 25 years. He was the general contractor of his first home at age 21. Since then, he has also bought and renovated 30 properties both in New York and Florida most of which are now being rented at affordable costs to local families.

On June 16th, 1999 Ken went into closing on a property in Manorville that would eventually be developed into a commercial center serving local communities. During the past 15 years Ken worked diligently with the Town of Brookhaven to obtain permits for his next big project. He was finally granted site plan approval for a new Shopping Center right off Sunrise Highway as well as permits from Suffolk County Health Department.  Lastly, Royal Development, LLC obtained building permits in August 2013. Construction is now in progress and should be complete in the Fall of 2015.

Residing in East Moriches, Ken desires to provide the communities of Moriches, Center Moriches, Manorville, Wading River, and East Moriches with a shopping center that will not only benefit local residents but provide more opportunities for local businesses. Furthermore, it is estimated that the new commercial center will provide at least 50 prospective jobs.
